Sylvia Huang
Belgian violinist Sylvia Huang is celebrated for her “true lyricism, touching musicality, and radiant grace” (Bachtrack). Laureate of the 2019 Queen Elisabeth Competition and recipient of multiple audience and press awards, she has performed with the Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra, Belgian National Orchestra, Brussels Philharmonic, Symfonieorkest Vlaanderen and Orchestre Royal de Chambre de Wallonie, in venues including Flagey, Concertgebouw Amsterdam, and the Konzerthaus Berlin.
As passionate chamber musician, she co-founded the GoYa Quartet, whose critically acclaimed album Autumn Leaves received a.o. a “10 Cum Laude” from Luister. Her recordings, including "Lointain Passé" and "Ode to Mother Nature" in collaboration with WWF, have garnered international praise, highlighting her expressive depth and versatility.
